There are creatures which roam the night and even some that hide from the bitter shadows. Others are unaware of their existence. Other beings out there that look like humanoids have special abilities which make them stand out like an oddity, yet…normal people shut their mouths and keep their derogatory comments to themselves. Even if they don’t like any living creature which happen to be capable of unnatural abilities, the past has taught them that nothing but torment will soon follow their actions and words against them. Everything seems to be at a slight state of peace, even though there’s the occasional troublemaker.

Sadly, Gotham City has become quite chaotic due to “villains” who are rather bitter about their souls being used to fight in the name of hell. For now, they’re kept at bay by those who stand up for the average person, but how long will that last before the military needs to step in? Though…it seems as if a much larger threat is out there waiting to strike and end the hard earned peace between humans and beings with powers. If it exists or not is uncertain, for all they know it’s nothing more than paranoia. Why would anyone be paranoid?

The memories of Armageddon…their souls used to fight in the names of Heaven and Hell. The universe was restored to its former glory, true, but just a few things are a bit off and people who don’t seem to match in with the crowd have appeared. Aside from that, the worry of FOXHOUND has died down ever since the Shadow Moses event came to pass; they seem to have met the end of their lives. At least…that’s what common knowledge states.

Certainly…there are potential dangers around the bend either way an individual goes with their life. Select your path and prepare for a journey, the start of yet another era.
